Nominate Theme by Pro Theme Design
Nominate is a social voting theme that lets your visitors create accounts, submit articles, and vote on them. It basically lets you create a website similar to Digg. This is the first time that I’ve seen such a theme been released to the WordPress community. Nominate is actually the same theme that is used by WPVote.
